Group classes may be purchased in 4, 8 and 12 week packages.
In terms of nutrition and building the habits necessary for life-long health and fitness, I’ve found a full year to be the most effective time period.
Important: Yoga and Yoga Cross-Training are suitable for all levels of exercise and Yoga practitioners. However, please speak to your doctor before you start any form of exercise or diet.

This class is designed for those getting started with Yoga or returning after a break.
The flow is slower and more alignment based. We will work with props if required and start linking breath and movement.
This class for practitioners with varying levels of experience.
Exercises and postures will be adapted to meet individual needs.
Yummy Mummy ~~~(Suspended temporarily)~~~
A class dedicated to mums with babies (0-12 months). 90 minutes where you get to care for yourself.
Gentle yoga with emphasis on building your strength back so you can keep up with your wee ones 🙂
Bring a sling along if you still carry your child in one – we’ll be getting creative!
*All classes will include endurance and strength building work.
Trial Class: A one time trial class is available for € 10.
Single Sessions: Single sessions are priced at € 20.

Classes will be held at Sylvianne Capell’s “Tanzstudio Ala Nar” on Hoheluftchaussee 108, 20253 Hamburg.
The studio is accessible via the U3 (hoheluftbruecke), and busses M5, M20, M25 and 281.
