Consistency is the key in order to reap the benefits of any activity.

Group classes may be purchased in 4, 8 and 12 week packages.

Personal training packages are for a period of 3, 6 and 12 months with the flexibility to choose how many times a week you’d like to practice/train.

In terms of nutrition and building the habits necessary for life-long health and fitness, I’ve found a full year to be the most effective time period.

Important: Yoga and Yoga Cross-Training are suitable for all levels of exercise and Yoga practitioners. However, please speak to your doctor before you start any form of exercise or diet.
